What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, e-mail, profile, country and, optionally, company, phone, interests and message. By legal obligation we also record the IP address and the date and time of access.
What we do not do
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no third-party content. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Why and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry and present the platform, at your request (Brazil's LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13.709/2018 —, art. 7 V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). To send news, only if you tick that option, based on your consent (LGPD art. 7 I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time. Access records are kept for 6 months under Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014, art. 15).
Who receives it
Your data reaches us by e-mail through Microsoft 365, and the website is hosted by a cloud provider; these suppliers process data only on our behalf and may do so outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD (art. 33) and, for EU visitors, GDPR Chapter V.
How long
Enquiries: up to 24 months after the last exchange, or while a business relationship lasts. Consent for news: until you withdraw it. Access records: 6 months.
Your rights
You may ask for confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion, portability, information on sharing, and withdraw consent (LGPD art. 18; GDPR arts. 15–22, including the right to object), by writing to livestock@livestockchain.com.br. We answer within 15 days. You may also complain to Brazil's ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados) or, in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
European Union visitors
If you are in the European Union, the rights of the GDPR (the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) also apply, including the right to object and to complain to your national data protection authority. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form data never appears in page addresses or server logs.
